Pear Apple Chutney

  • Prep Time: 5 Minutes (Total Time: 35 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 24
  • 1 large Red Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 medium Granny Smith Apples, Chopped
  • 2 medium Bartlett Pears, Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • COOK and stir onion in hot oil in large skillet until onion is tender.

    ADD remaining ingredients; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
