Curried Chicken Snackers

  • Prep Time: 10 Minutes (Total Time: 1 Hour 10 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 8
  • 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Half (4 Ounces), Cooked, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Dried Apricots
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Celery
  • 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 24 RITZ Low Sodium Crackers
  • MIX all ingredients except crackers until well blended; cover.

    REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.

    SPOON 2 tsp. of the mixture onto each cracker.

    Great Substitute

    Substitute golden raisins for the dried apricots. If raisins are large, chop them before using.
