Rice 'n Peach Salad

  • Prep Time: 20 Minutes (Total time: 20 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 10
  • 1-1/2 cups Cooked Brown Rice
  • 1 can (11 oz.) Whole Kernel Corn, Drained Or One & Half Cups Corn Cut From The Cob
  • 1 cup PLANTERS Almonds, Toasted, Chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh Peas Or Frozen Peas, Thawed
  • 1 Peach, Peeled, Coarsely Chopped
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT CATALINA Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro Or Fresh Parsley
  • MIX all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
