Chorizo And Egg Toppers

- 2 Hard-cooked Eggs, Chopped
- 1/4 cup Chopped Cooked Chorizo, Drained
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon Each Salt And Pepper
- 30 Ritz Crackers
MIX eggs, chorizo and mayo until well blended. Season with salt and pepper.
SPREAD about 1-1/2 tsp. of the egg mixture onto each cracker just before serving.
KRAFT KITCHENS TIPS
Substitute 4 oz. Italian sausage or OSCAR MAYER Turkey Polska Kielbasa, cooked and chopped, for the cooked and drained chorizo.
Substitute MIRACLE WHIP Dressing for the mayo.
