California Shrimp Topper

  • 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese 8 Thin Avocado Slices
  • 8 Thin Avocado Slices
  • 16 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 8 Small Cooked Cleaned Shrimp, Cut Lengthwise In Half
  • 2 tablespoons TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
  • CUT cheese into 8 slices; cut each slice diagonally in half. Cut avocado slices crosswise in half.

    TOP crackers with cheese, avocados, shrimp and salsa.

    SERVE immediately. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
